Enviromental Management

1993- present	Steel Company, Pennsylvania and Texas. Served as environmental counsel for steel manufacturer with locations in Pennsylvania and in Texas, negotiated state air and water permits; appealed permits; reviewed contracts with vendors; advised parent corporation on environmental indemnity claims.
1994 - present	Environmental Counsel for manufacturing facilities in six (6) states, answering questions on hazardous chemical regulation, inventory and toxic release reports, NPDES and Stormwater Permitting, Air permits, OSHA, and cleanup of contamination.
1992 - 1997	Steel Company, Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Assisted General Counsel with evaluation of day to day environmental compliance matters; assessed potential liabilities for disclosure in annual reports for company with multi-state manufacturing facilities under RCRA, Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act; represented company in superfund negotiations with agencies and other PRPs.
1986 - 1993	Steel Company, Ohio and Pennsylvania. Served as outside, general environmental counsel with regard to all environmental compliance matters for company with manufacturing facilities in Ohio, Michigan, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.
1986 - 1993	Steel Company, Michigan. Served as outside environmental counsel with regard to all environmental compliance matters for major steel manufacturer in Dearborn, Michigan under RCRA, Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act; monitored permitting compliance; negotiated penalty assessments and other administrative agreements; evaluated all environmental, health and safety compliance concerns.

Representing clients in the Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania area, including communities of Fox Chapel, Sewickley, Mt. Lebanon, Wexford, Oakmont, Bridgeville, Monroeville, and Crafton, and throughout Allegheny, Westmoreland, Washington, Beaver, and Butler counties.
