Michael J. Betts, has over twenty-five years of experience in litigating a wide variety of matters before courts in Pennsylvania and arbitration panels, and is directly responsible for all matters handled by Betts, Hull & Klodowski LLC. As a former litigation partner with one of the region's largest firms, Attorney Betts is able to offer the sophisticated and thorough approach offered by large firms - but coupled with the cost-effectiveness and personal, hands-on service provided by smaller firms.  We assist clients throughout Western Pennsylvania -- including clients located in Allegheny County, Washington County, Westmoreland County and Armstrong County.

Ed Hull's has practiced in the areas of corporate, commercial and business-related law since 1983. He also has significant experience in estate planning and administration matters. Prior to joining Betts, Hull & Klodowski LLC as one of its founding members, Attorney Hull held positions in various large and medium sized law firms located in both Pennsylvania and Ohio, including partner and of-counsel positions. His approach to legal matter combines sophistication and expertise with a common sense client-friendly approach to getting the job done. Harry Klodowski has practiced Environmental Law for industrial clients, property owners and small businesses since 1979. His experience includes litigation with Pa DEP, Oh EPA, Pa USTIF, US EPA and other state and federal agencies. He has obtained air water and waste permits. He has assisted in the transfer of contaminated properties and negotiations with lenders. We offer our clients flexible billing arrangements.  In addition to reasonable hourly rates, we handle some matters on a contingent fee basis and on other modified arrangements.  We are pleased to consider and discuss alternative billing arrangements when requested by prospective clients.
