Michael J. Betts, has over twenty-five years of experience in litigating a wide variety of matters before courts in Pennsylvania and arbitration panels, and is directly responsible for all matters handled by Betts, Hull & Klodowski LLC. As a former litigation partner with one of the region's largest firms, Attorney Betts is able to offer the sophisticated and thorough approach offered by large firms - but coupled with the cost-effectiveness and personal, hands-on service provided by smaller firms. Harry Klodowski has practiced Environmental Law for industrial clients, property owners and small businesses since 1979. His experience includes litigation with Pa DEP, Oh EPA, Pa USTIF, US EPA and other state and federal agencies. He has obtained air water and waste permits. He has assisted in the transfer of contaminated properties and negotiations with lenders. Ed Hull's business and commercial practice is broad ranging and covers the following areas; contracts, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, commercial loans, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, securities, trademarks/trade names, and commercial disputes. Attorney Hull also addresses the legal service needs of individuals in the areas of estate planning and administration, wills, living trusts, living wills, powers of attorney, insurance trusts, family limited partnerships, probate and estate administration.
